Our Story

Hi, I’m Chad, founder of and publisher at Oaks Press. The name of our imprint refers to vision to see people become who they’re made to be. “Oaks” comes from Isaiah 61:3: “And they will be called oaks of righteousness,” describing the people of God who have become who they’re made to be because of Jesus.

I graduated from Ozark Christian College and Asbury Theological Seminary, and I love books. I launched Harrington Interactive Media (“HIM”) in 2016 to create engaging media. As HIM grew, we found our niche in the book world. So we launched Oaks Press to serve HIM partners, authors, and readers.

Oaks Press is a member of the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA).
